No, you're hosed. :\
Flash won't do what Director can so there's no really easy way to
"migrate" to it, and AFAIK there is no official runtime engine for
UNIX.
Might want to look into MetaCard (if it's still around) or even Python.
As an aside, this is a good reason it helps to know what the client
wants before getting started, and a good reason to write with the
more or less permanent assumption that you're going to release on
another platform (even if the client has said before you won't have
to). That wouldn't have helped with UNIX anyway, but it's something
for all of us to bear in mind.
