I have heard of XP projectors being unable to find files on paths > 
126 chars in length (including the filename!) -- so if your path to 
the Xtras happens to be 120 chars long, and the Xtra name is 
"someXtra.x32", it won't be found.

Dunno if that's what's causing your problem, but that is the first 
thing I believe I'd look at.
