Okay, apparently Lingo-L is getting a little TOO well known, now that we're showing up on spam lists. I have just restricted allowed posting only to accounts that are members. We will TRY this for a while. Some possible problems: - If you receive mail as [EMAIL PROTECTED] but your server sends it as [EMAIL PROTECTED], I'm not sure how it will resolve. There may be problems. - If you receive mail as [EMAIL PROTECTED] but your server sends it out as [EMAIL PROTECTED] it may not work. - If you have aliases. It didn't work well under majordomo, but it might under MailMan, our current software. We will TRY it for a day or two. Whether or not we keep it depends on: - How many people can't post and get frustrated as a result, OR: - How many administrative requests I have to deal with as a result So, if you get your mail rejected, try to make sure you're using the proper account with the from addresses being proper and matching your subscription account. We'll see if this helps. Thanks - Tab [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]). Lingo-L is for learning and helping with programming Lingo. Thanks!]
