No, add it to the list *and* include it with the projector. Do that 
with everything you want included. What will happen is the Xtras will 
bet wrapped in to the Projector package and, during playback, willo be 
extracted to a temporary directory. Very convenient.

I generally go with standard.

You might suffer some profound degradation of quality. I also have a 
vague impression that compressed media takes longer to load, but could 
be wrong about that.
