bawin is win only
I thought that baWin was a Mac-compiled/compatible xtra that contained the methods that are Windows specific and that these methods did nothing. The reasoning being that you could then write (x-plat) code without having to check the platform. If it ran on Windows, you get the expected functionality. If run on a Mac, nothing would happen - but you'd avoid the "handler not defined ..." error.
In other words - it registers the methods but they do nothing.
