Just be careful...

For one, I'm not sure if the Macromedia EULA allows transfer of license. As a connected issue, there might also be tech support issues (if you end up needing direct support)...so there's that to consider.

Also, you should note that online auction sites have been identified as prime locations for sales of pirated Macomedia software.
