Hi Fraser, That worked almost perfectly (I promise I searched the online help and didn't notice that code). It actually prints the current frame of the movieclip which actually is much more useful to me than the system of printing frames marked with #p. Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble I really do appreciate it, it's 5am and I can finally go to bed for 3 hours :)
