hi shailendra
 im still new to 3d but i believe that if u choose the parent model to
rotate under parameters/which model? then all the child models will follow
with the animation.  Also when u animate in 3ds max choose keyframing over
path animation because the animation will be lost with  path. you can check
your models hierarchy with 3dpi a plugin free for director.
