a fast PC will be remarkably faster with animations and renderings from inside director. It can be slower withI've found Windows XP to be remarkably stable. Ok, the Mac is probably still more stable, and probably my platform of choice for a kiosk, but the Evil Empire has accomplished something of note this time.
QT and it is definitely much more instable though.
