Thanks, and we probably will have to charge, because it's a significant rework. Still it will take some time to do. We are committed to Enhanced CDs, but also have other projects on the plate first. People may not realize it, but we do a lot of custom development - and that tends to take priority, so we have to fit this in among those. But I am aware of the interests of everyone to have it, and we are going to do it, but unfortunately CD Pro is more than just a recompile for Carbon (oh, if only it were :).
