I'll need to make a Windows OS projector, a Mac OS 9 and a Mac OS X projector

OS X projectors do run in OS 9, with an up-to-date carbonLib, so you don't necessarily have to make multiple projectors for that (which I was pleasantly surprised to discover).

(and buy extra Xtra versions!?)

That's the real trick--you will need OS X compatible Xtras. Otherwise you can just make an OS 9 projector with your current Xtras and users can run your projector in OS X through classic (which launches automatically when opening an OS 9 projector).

hope this helps,

kyle
