Not true. A QuickTime movie is always linked, and there is negligible
increase in the size of your movie.

QuickTime is basically a playback mechanism, from your point of view.
You have to have a compressed movie somewhere anyway--MPEG, Sorensen,
etc. The choice or QuickTime or Tabuleiro makes little difference to
your file size.

The one advantage of Tabuleiro's Xtra is that the user doesn't have to
have QuickTime installed. On some Windows machines, especially in
corporate environments, that's an issue. Otherwise, QuickTime is pretty
much ubiquitous.
