Hi Jerry...
Here's my workflow. You've got to make sure you're using the latest version
of Microangelo (5.56).
1. Make a copy of projec32.skl from the director program folder.
(Additionally, make sure there is another unaltered projec32.skl to use
as a backup at any time.)
2. Rename this copy projec32.exe
3. Drag projec32.exe into Librarian.
4. In Librarian, choose edit | EXE update method..., and choose re-build
application resources.
5. Right click and choose replace icon, and browse for the correct icon.
5. Exit out of Librarian.
6. Rename projec32.exe to projec32.skl.
7. Replace the director program folder's projec32.skl with the one that was
just altered.
8. Create the projector, and it should now have the custom icon.
Choosing an EXE update method of re-build application resources ONLY works
on the projec32.exe file that will be renamed with an skl extension. If you
are trying to change the icon with Librarian of a projector compiled in
Director, Windows will recompile as a bad exe.
