Structor is a program that allows you to create a single master library of rich-media presentation "slides" which can include graphics, Flash animations, QuickTime movies, text, sound and multiple interactive programming options.
This library can then be easily distributed with a builder program that permits end users to rapidly and easily create high-impact multimedia presentations -- while preserving the content you've carefully selected.
The end result is a perfect synergy of creativity, control and expertise in delivering presentations, using a product that only takes a few minutes to learn.
Structor is ideal for use by medium to large businesses and educational institutions -- anyone who has a dozen or more representatives or remote presentation installations. Additionally, Structor can be used to create information kiosks for tradeshow or informational displays.
Available are demo versions of Structor for Macintosh and Windows. Most of the functionality of the full version is in place with a few exceptions -- you can't create release packages or updates, print, or generate leave-behind modules.
Structor will work on Windows 95 through XP, Macintosh OS 8.5 through 9.2.2, and Mac OSX 10.1 and later. The program was made using Macromedia's Director; the slides it makes are Director-formatted movie files and can be opened and modified (if necessary) by skilled Director programmers. This enhances the range of possible custom elements that can be added to slides tremendously.
The full version of Structor is available on a license basis. Subscription options are available as well.
