I've found that the "desktopRectList" will return the resolution, but does it work for two monitors....?
Yes. The first item in the LIST is the main display. The other items in the LIST are the other displays. I emphasize the word list because 'deskTopRectList', by its name, implies it contains more than one entry.
Of course you could have discovered the same for yourself by consulting the manual.
