I have used sequenceXtra to send midi signal between computers letting director control visuals based on midi triggers (light beams) in an end of year project... you can view some info @ www.blueqube.org.uk navigate to the portfolio site and look under special, see if it is close to what your trying to do and if it is ill be happy to give you code to get you going..... hth robin
