Hello, I'm Paolo form italy and i'm new of the list.
First message, first problem.....
After writing with "Put....Into" in a text member the text just writed result selected. I've tried varius solution but i'm not able to have the text displyed normally unselected. The strage is that in some part of my project the text is displayed normally.
If I understand you correctly, the text is displaying as selected?
It sounds like the member().editable or the sprite().editable is ON (or bpth) These flags are to allow for human text entry. Lingo doesn't need them ON to permit loading up a text member.
