The main deployment is internet and some additional terminals which can use hard disk playback so this should be no problem is guess, but thanks for the advice.

I think it's not very useful to keep scripts external but i want the textual content stay outside of director.

Werner Sharp's Image Export Xtra will do the bitmaps:

For the text and scripts, I'd just write a script to go through all the
cast members, copy the text or scriptText to a variable, and write it
out to a file.

QuickTime files are already linked.

Not sure how to do the audio, but I'm sure somebody can answer.
