On my machine and every other machine I've tested this on it works fine. However the clients PC seems to be different, i'm using the traceLog to see what they're up to and basically fileIO is returning 'bad filename', however looking back through the traceLog I noticed the client had managed to save a file previous to this with no problems. So it only appears to be that when saving an additional file (different filename) that it messes up.
Count the chars in the name of the file being saved *plus* the full path to the file's location. If it exceeds 127, that's the likely reason.
