Hi list...
When closing a MIAW, is it necessary to void a global variable for it after you do the close() and forget() methods on it?
Rather than void I use 0. I don't let uninitialized (void) variables float around in my code; void to me means I forgot to do something or there's been a program error.
As far as getting rid of the MIAW officially, I believe the close and forget calls do that for you.
