Hi Mr. Howdy-Tzi...

OK, I did. And it seems that a wav file imported (standard import)
works without error. But, a shockwave audio castmember imported (linked
to external file) gets the error message. And, that same shockwave
audio brought into the cast *with a standard import* also gets the error
message.

I'm guessing it errors because the projector tries to access two spots
on the hard drive simultaneously. I tried (successfully) dragging them
into Windows Media Player, and they play fine, so that leads me to
believe they aren't corrupt. Could there be some delay in decompressing
swa's that causes this error?

The error is:
"Internal error: Unexpected failure while compositing bitmap member 9 of
PLAYER-CAST 2."

PS: Are you not using "Howdy-Tzi" anymore? I've been wondering now for
quite a long time, what, may I ask, is the meaning behind the name
"Howdy-Tzi?"
