The list is active, but it's not a Majordomo list anymore. I'm not exactly sure how you sign up, as I was "ported" over from the old list. I'm not familiar with lyris myself, but you could try going to lyris.macromedia.com - not sure if that would work or not...
It looks to me the list got moved to Lyris, but there is no one bothered to set up a way for new people to subscribe. I emailed macromedia support about this, but no reply yet. I tried pointing my browser at lyris.macromedia.com, but it's password protected.
Does anyone know who is supposed to be the administrating the xtra development list?
