That last bit is true, the part up top is not. When you cross-platform
publish a projector it contains all the needed Xtras and libraries that
Macromedia produces (yes, your authoring app folder now has two Xtras
folders [three if you're on OSX], the cross-platform copies are in a special
folder so as to avoid conflicts). Third party Xtra developers will be able
to update their Xtras for placement on a Windows machine (Win boxes wack Mac
files) so they can be used as part of this feature, the XDK is going to be
updated with the necessary information.
