As was already mentioned, yes, you do. You must abide by the license agreement particular to each release individually. > What would be the point of requiring it now? Just to chime in on this (I've been out on some needed vacation for a bit and I'm trying to catch up on email), the reason the MWM program is retained for old releases is because you and Macromedia are in a legal arrangement requiring it (the end user license agreement stipulates this requirement). We discussed removing it for _all_ versions of Director but the legal wrangling would have been a nightmare (just how do you go about changing a license agreement that's been accepted by many thousands of separate individuals in a consistent and legally binding way?).
