Matthew: Currently I'm trying to persuade the powers-that-be to upgrade to the MPEG Advance Xtra anyway, but they don't want to spend any money to fix a problem "that we're only having this once and never had before". So, until I can politely talk them into it, I'm stuck with having to resolve this issue.
