I have made several data banks with lingo and have been very happy with it. You will have to write all the code on your own, so V12 may be much better for you (it has a behavior library). Valentina is overkill (steeper learning curve) unless you are going to do more and more data banks in the future. Also, I'm not sure if V12 supports images in data containers but Valentina does.
