At the moment we are using Sorenson video 320x240... however I have seen some CDs out there that use dimensions of 400x300 etc...
We use the video of 480x360 with the Sorenson Pro version 3.xx, if you don't have it. Its very important to compress the video I use 15fps and a transfer of 120/160 or some times 80/140 depends of the image and the action when the video is static or with a interview you almost can download the rate 60/120, this parameters you can only access via Cleaner, I think works better in the side of the Mac, but never test very full in the windows.
Remember Cleaner & Sorenson Pro version 3.xxx for mac or pc.
