I'm not sure that I understood the request correctly, but if you're asking if things can be installed in people's browsers without their consent, then no, browsers actively try to close off any ways to invisibly install executable code because of the security issues. People have to consent to the code installed on their machines -- that's just the way browsers work. (Luiz, the download page is available translated into Brazilian Portuguese, and there are some detection routines to try to automatically route visitors to their preferred language. I haven't downloaded the Portuguese installer to check, but my memory is that its internal dialogs are also available in the visitor's choice of languages as well.
