Hi, Okie, so we use 320x240 video encoded with sorenson in cleaner, and we export it for use on multimedia cd-roms - cross platform mac and pc... I get the general impression that this might be incorrect - as a lot of you are stating 400x300... does anyone have any settings they can send me for use in cleaner to encode videos. The reason I say this is we have been having a few moans and groans from clients regarding playback issues and quality of our work compared with that of other companies.
