That commany is synchronous, not asynchronous/threaded.
You'll need to find an asynchronous widget to do that with. I've used custom ActiveX's and custom Xtras in the past (which isn't much help (as I can't give these to you), I know).

I've seen this too. Not sure that there are any workarounds. Love to know if there are! Be nice if there was a period lingo callback.
