It's not unusable, but in my experience, Zac is right in saying it's flaky.
DirectMail is good, but it isn't the only solution; I think some folks have
used MultiUser Xtra. A search on the Direct-L archives for 'sending email'
may yield fruit. And didn't Detlef Beyer have an article on this awhile
back? Is he still around?
