If possible if I use sound-wav in other part and use video-with-sound in
other part (but the sound not loss)... can you tell me what command/script
to make this happen (since I'm just beginner in Director) ?!?

suppose you are using WIN platform .....
In that case: it is not possible to run video-sound and 'sound-sound' at the
same time under director on Windows, due to the technical reasons of mixing
sound on the soundcard.
Either the wav file OR the avi-file. The sounddevice will play that sound,
which comes first.
