Hi folks,
Rob, your approach is really nice, but if the app is no to be installed on
the user's hard drive, will it work?
Another way of switching your stage is to start with a windowed projector,
and to use a behavior for go fulscreen on a button.
This behavior can be built different ways :
* changing the stage.rect (and eventualy also the drawRect, depending of
what you're wanting to do), to fit the dsektopRectList[1]. This method will
work fine, but as the stage rect will change, you couls encounter unexpected
sprites placing, or see sprites that you've placed out of the stage while
authoring...
* you can freeze your app and start two MIAWs : one fitting the screen
(still using the desktopRectlist), with a black (or whatever color you
want), and a second miaw on thhe top with your movie, placing it
somewhere... I think this way you'll be free enough to make whatever you
were looking for.
This is approximatively the same suggestion as Rob's second one, but i don't
know with starting miaws at runtime, without knowing if we'll use them is
really nice (i know it works, but why creating it on startMovie?)
Hope this helps,
Sbastien
