Probably your Shochwave movie can't find Quick Time Xtra (not QTVR).
I know this problem, how to fix it?:
1. in Director choose: Modyfi/movie/xtras
2. find Quick Time Xtra (or add it)
3. choose dawnload if needed - Director dawnload Xtra and thats it
