Of course you could build your own interface to control the zoom, tilt,
and pan functions in QTVR media, but why not use the controller built
into the QuickTime technology. When the cursor is inside a QTVR image,
the Shift and Control keys do the zooming. Dragging the cursor
horizontally will pan the image; dragging vertically will tilt up or
down. If you want to have more visual feedback on the screen, just set
the controller to visible in the property inspector for the QTVR sprite.
I realize that it is not the "coolest" looking interface, but it's so
well integrated into the media and has a minimalist appearance...much
better than the ugly scroll bar in text or field cast members.
