There's another downside on Windows--not Buddy specific, but it can bite you.
Some video cards, especially older ones, can't be reset without rebooting
the system. Some users get annoyed when you do that ;-)
You can use Buddy to check to see if the monitor's resolution can be set on
the fly, then give the user some options. It takes some work, but it's
really gotta be done unless you're in a controlled environment like a kiosk.
