Sorry about that, it looks like the seconds part came in with 
Director 8. You may have to do some work to figure out the time 
format for the country in question and then calculate the number of 
seconds into the day you are. If the long time contains AM or PM, 
then the time is based on 12 hours. If there's no AM or PM it will be 
based on 24 hours. Knowing that you may be able to work out a 
consistent time format.
