Hi Paul,

You should find an article on how to do this at:

>> http://www.director-online.com/accessArticle.cfm?id=154

The article was written for Director 5, but it should still be valid.
If anyone has come up with a more straighforward method, I would be
very interested to learn about it.

You could also look into using a #movie member instead of a #filmloop.
Rob Romanek wrote an article for Director Online which you should find
in the archives. The main differences between filmloops and movie
members is that you can manipulate the positions of the sprites in a
movie member, and you can use markers to divide the movie into
sequences.

You could also look at the Dropdown list movie member and its host at:

>> http://perso.planetb.fr/newton/linked/realmenu/

Brendan Young discovered that you can use D7.02's "tell sprite" command
to manipulate #filmloops: go frame x, set the visible of sprite y, put
the lastFrame, put the lastChannel can all be used.

Cheers,

James
