Hi Kerry

That would be illegal. When you upgrade to D8 from D7 using an upgrade
license you are essentially transferring the license from D7 to D8 and the
license to D7 is no longer transferrable to another user and you must keep
that copy to maintain the license you now have for D8. If you bought the
full version of D8 and have the full version of D7 then you could legally
sell D7.
