I just found solution on my own and it is very easy.
The process is next:
-Whith fireworks 3.0 I created dropshadow effect on bitmap button,
-next step, export special button image like sfw flash movie,
-import movie into flash
-add some soundeffect and rollover states
-export sfw file
-import into dir 7.0
-button maintains alpha from fireworks effect and only you have to set
beckgr. transparent ink.
Thats all. From now I'll use only flash buttons within director.
