Another approach, if you have a video out port, is to hook up a VCR 
and record the display signal to videotape. I often find this is 
easier than software screen capture which may force your audience to 
deal with a large QuickTime movie. (I agree, though, that Snapz Pro 2 
is an excellent product for Mac screen capture.)
