I assume this is for a Shockwave movie.
This may be too obvious, but have you put the URL into the xtrainfo.txt
file? There are a lot of Shockwave-safe Xtras that aren't in that file,
like the Audio Xtra.
This is just a guess, but another possibility is the problem site is
password protected?
