Use Buddy API Xtra to launch the program behind your app:
ok = baRunProgram( "notepad.exe", "minimized", FALSE )
> PS: using non-free xtras is out of question
You can use two BudAPI functions for free, but trust anyone on this list
when they tell you you'll want to buy it eventually.
