Aaah, is there indeed, well that goes some way to explaining some of the problems I've been experiencing with flash in director. Is there a bug report somewhere for the flash asset xtra? Been having problems today, though probably not to do with the xtra, with having flash content and quicktime content in the same frame. It is not possible to play quicktime ontop of a flash sprite. Well OK I can live with that. but now it seems it's not possible to play quicktime even if it is near a qt sprite, the edges start tearing and the audio gets choppy. can anyone confirm/explain this? jon >--- Original Message --- >From: Colin Holgate <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Date: 11/24/00 4:57:04 PM > >>That's fine, but for some reason when the movie advances to the >>next frame, a frame with no frame advancing script in it - it still does it. > > >There's a bug in the Flash asset (which I'm not sure if and when it >was fixed), where setting the frame of the Flash sprite could throw >it into playing.
