Hi there

For your first question you could use the intersect function to detect if
one object hits another object - to make it disappear you could either set
its position off screen e.g set locH = - 1000 or set its visibility to
false. I tend to use the former.

For the second question I think there is a behaviour in the library palette
that could do what you require
