Sure. You use Toast to make a hybrid CD-ROM. Put your Mac stub on the HFS 
partition, along with the dxr and any other shared files. Then you put the 
PC stub on the 9660 partition, and choose which files on the Mac partition 
you want visible from the PC side.

Yes, if you're using ini or inf files. Buddy API is a good way to read and 
write them--and everybody should have Buddy anyway. Can't live without it.
