Hi Anand,

I tried that. It works fine. The icon did change. But when I try to run the
app, it says blah_blah.exe is not a valid win32 application.

What could have gone wrong?

Hi!

To change projector's icon you need to edit the projec32.skl file. This file
is available in the director installation folder.

Create ur icon using icon author, Microangelo, or something else and then
save it with the name projec32.skl and overwrite the file. All your will
now
use this icon.

You can always revert to the default director icon.
