Hi Jim!
Everything is possible, this is my opinion, maybe is wrong or maybe 
is not, who knows?, Anyway apart the philosophy, you should use OOP 
to achieve what you want to do, if you use Object Oriented 
Programming you can have how many timers you want.
I'm sure there is already somewhere a script that does that, 
unfortunately I don't know where.... someone else please........
