I wasn't referring to the file name, but the volume name of the CD itself -
the name you give the CD when you burn it.
Some questions to ask yourself to help narrow down the problem (in no
particular order):
Does it happen on other computers?
Does it happen on other OS versions?
If on NT or Win2K, does the user have normal access privileges to the temp
folder?
Does it happen in all movies/projectors?
Does it happen with a bare-bones test projector?
Are the Xtras packaged in the projector or in an Xtras folder outside the
projector - or both?
Is there a particular Xtra causing it?
Using ActiveX controls?
If using a version of Dir earlier than D8 have you installed the update patch?
Re-install Director & create a new projector?
Change settings in CD burning software?
Use different CD burning software?
Different brand of CD-R blanks?
Slower CD burn?
Burn from a different machine?
etc, etc, etc, ...
