It's probably simple, chances are that there is a blank frame at the beginning of your
second movie

In full screen mode, if your movie is smaller than the screen you will see a border
around the movie the same color as the movie background, so make sure they are the
same colour (sound like you have done this)
Also
� make sure that your movie/projector preferences are set to 'Match first movie', so
that the new movie will not jump to it's saved location.
� do to check on 'Reset monitor to movie's color depth'
